If you are new to counselling, the concept may seem strange. The thought of therapy may feel scary, or the time may not feel right for you and that's OK.
If and when you do feel ready, we could work on change or understanding in your life, counselling may help with that process. In a confidential, secure and safe place we can work together at your pace. As a client you are an individual. Within therapy you will have unique and wide ranging needs, so where appropriate, we can discuss incorporating Animal Assisted, or Sand Tray Therapy, to further enhance your talking therapy process.
